when you start getting an abundance of exercise on a daily basis, when you haven't had ANY in what seems like forever, the first couple of weeks you are EXHAUSTED. i feel like my bottom lip is dragging on the ground behind me, along with my knuckles. my hips feel like i've been used as a pack mule. my ass feels like i've been doing pushups using ONLY my buttocks. my shoulder feels like i'm quasimodo. i feel like i need to watch my step, for fear of tripping over my eyelids.
i'm just trying to remind myself that all other times that i started working out a lot, that the first two weeks, i feel like i'm working 3 jobs and getting no sleep.
and then the energy comes.
but where is my energy nooooooooooooooooow?!?
