egads. another note to self: beware when buying discount vitamins from Canned Food Warehouse. i swear, they taste like something that fell out of my cat's butt and sat and fermented for a half a week. it's That Bad.

i wonder if i can trick myself into taking them, like wrap them in something i find exceptionally yummy that i normally inhale w/o chewing. like ice cream, mayhaps. or a steak dinner. or maybe i should only take them while drunk, so i can't notice the difference, really.

as i sit with the aftertaste still in my mouth, i wonder if this is what Bacci tastes while cleaning her nonny after an exceptionally bad excrement session.

makes me happy i'm not a cat.

course, she eats random things that fell behind the garbage WHO knows how long ago, and stuff from under the fridge, so maybe she finds tastes like that enticing.

i so don't want to work today. meh.

Well, I've had generic Vitamins before and they ALWAYS smell like dirty feet and taste like dirty feet, too, because they aren't like, covered in candy coating.

It's pretty normal LOL.

And my cat goes INSANE for my Valerian (sp?) root which smells most strongly like dirty feet. It's so gross and weird!

ha ha, how funny. course our kitties stick their noses RIGHT down into their litterboxes, too.

for the longest time, whenever i would come home from a long day at work on my feet and take off my shoes, bacci would come running and snort the hell out of my toes and do the jacobson's organ thing where she hangs her mouth open and looks really... disturbing.

i really need to catch her using her organ on camera.

Have you ever been to a website called The Sneeze? Go there, scroll down a bit, and click on the link on the right called "Steve, Don't Eat That!" Much hilarity.

I laughed my ass off when I started reading those entries! Second the reccomend.

And for the record, "they taste like something that fell out of my cat's butt and sat and fermented for a half a week" made me laugh pretty hard too. nice.

Re: omg
i'm happy that you enjoyed!

the vitamins don't bother me as much as they used to, which disturbs me if i think about it: i'm becoming used to the taste of cat droppings?

Viactiv vitamins. They are these chewy delicious things that trick me into thinking I'm eating a starburst fruit chew. I started with the calcium chews this summer (caramel is my fave..although orange cream is a close second) and now I'm hooked on the tropical fruit flavored multi vitamin. Yum.

i got some of them at the canned food wearhouse for calcium, and i desperately want more, but i never remember to buy the things when i'm out and about.

definitely a fantasmic way to get your calcium. and they have them in sugar free, too!

HA HA, they are weird. it always makes me wonder what in the world is swimming around in that brain of theirs, what LOGIC they go through in order to do some of the stuff they do...

just shove it to the back of your throat and have a glass of water at the ready. you'll taste a lot less of the evil.

it seems like my tastebuds are acclimated to it, finally.

i just need to remember to take the durned things.
