in remembering the fun had at slumber parties in days of yore, i wonder... why don't we have those any more as adults? it's just silly.

then a thought came across my mind to try to coordinate an Official LiveJournal Slumber Party, where we set a date far enough in the future for people to plan accordingly, we all have slumber parties at someone's house, post during and take pictures of? a community could be made.

anyone with me on this? i so want a slumber party. course, cleaning would need to be done.

Megan and I drunkenly made plans one night for a mix of sleepover/real world road rules challenge. (RW/RR challenge = A retarded, yet addicting, reality TV show)

Our plans involved lots of alcohol, stupid competitions (like if a certain teams dog shit on the floor they have to vote off a player), and a special room set up for taped confessional.

This probably doesn't make any sense.
But, I still think it would be funny to get a bunch of drunkies together and make up challenges.

ha ha, i LOVE the confessional room idea!!! daniel has a recorder.. ;)

competitions while drunk... challenges? sounds dangerous ;)

course, the more you drink, the less you care!

Because when adults do these things, they turn suspiciously into a Cuddle Party or the likes.

I wanted to do a roadtrip with a few folks when I first set up my LJ to get a chance to meet them, but it never materialized :/.

We actually came up with a similar idea a while ago. I think we could probably even arrange webcams...

SPC, I posted about it before.

I'm up for it. The only problem I see is getting the time off. Retail sucks sometimes. *L*

It's always cool when people stay over after a big party, but except for New Year's it doesn't happen often.

As a guy, of course, I guess I'd be excluded from a real 'slumber party'. I can dream, though. MMMMMM, Sue & Kelly in nighties together...
