by oatmeal's suggestion, I guess I will turn aubreystar into a place to put creative related dribble, including articles for FlavAZ and other such things. Add if you like. I shall be posting the article I did today on The Bangles that I'm submitting for next month's issue shortly, as well as posting all of the old ones that i've done for my personal future reference.

I was bored earlier and took pictures of my waistline to post, as I'm having a Good Waist Day. Although I've only dropped 20 lbs in the last few months, the majority of the inches lost have been in my waist (from just under 40 inches to 33), which has thankfully made me nice and curvy. It's really hard to take pictures of your own waist, as I discovered to my utter disappointment. my computer is being El Buttheadio, today, though, so every time I try to cut and copy the pictures, it shuts down.

maybe i'll have something for you soon, too. as well as some icons of ME, as a few people said that they're saddened by so very few of my face. heh. this amuses me. why look at MEEEE, when you can look at pretty Tak?

I've got a brand new pair of rollerskates,
You've got a brand new key...

I can hardly imagine that there is a shortage of people who might be willing to take pictures of your waist, if you asked nicely.

yeah, but then there's the whole feeling silly factor involved!

I stopped eating sugar and bread, for the most part.

I also cut out potatoes (which i didn't like, anyway), fruit, rice, and pasta, and instead get my vitamins from other things like broccoli, celery, meat, and soy.

And I've never felt better, even if i do feel silly occasionally eating a cheeseburger with a fork instead of in a bun.

Ah, the wonders of gluten free (or at least gluten low). Anyone who hasn't tried this kind of a diet should give it a try for 10 days, you'll be stunned by how much better you feel.

i feel like an infomercial.

ha ha! indeed!

maybe that's why i'm so farfing tired. (wow, i couldnt' even remember how to SPELL tired!) i had gone back on my non sugar/bread diet and was feeling like a million bucks, until i looked at my finances and realized that for the next couple of months, at least, i need to eat extremely cheaply.

How can you not like potatos? They're good with everything and an all around versitile food.

while in job corps (granted, this was 12 years ago...) for breakfast each morning, they fed us scrambled eggs, and mashed potatoes (or some other form of potatoes) with every single lunch and dinner. i ended up so sick of them (especially mashed), that i couldn't eat them for years. occasionally (like recently) i really get into hashbrowns, but for the most part, i can eat or not eat potatoes. i almost never eat french fries. (ha ha, can you tell i'm off my diet?)

See I always loved fried potatos with grape jelly growing up, but I almost never ever eat that now. Too much effort to peal and fry them up. Used to make homemade french fries a lot too, though those are easier.

Come to think of it, pork chops and fried potatoes sounds pretty yummy about right now.

and also:

Oh, sometimes I think that you're avoiding me

I'm okay alone, but you got something I need

anxiety? i have enough of that for five people at times ;)

though i've noticed that stating that i have anxiety issues at times that i am having them oddly helps.

Although I've only dropped 20 lbs in the last few months,

Barring dramatic weight-loss strategies that often aren't healthy, 20lbs over a few months is actually pretty damned good. :)
