up briiiiiiight and early... strike that. there's nothing bright at ALL outside, except possibly the street lamps.

this seems like entirely too early to be waking up on a saturday morning where a road trip isn't involved. soooo hard to wake up. bleh. and remember how i thought i was exaggerating when i said i would be walking to work in 45 degree weather? well, it's actually 41 out at the moment. and me without my longjohns ;) i DID put a t-shirt on under my uniform shirt to help keep me warm, but methinks that won't be enough. and i don't want to bundle up TOO much, as it's supposed to be in the high 70's for my walk home.

silly moody weather.

i have no idea how long i work today, but i'm thinking that there's a nap at the end of that thar tunnel.

*goes to put on socks* um... why do i have a red sock that obviously belongs to a child? the heal only reaches the arch of my foot. huh.

and yes, i have tiny feet.

The sock fairy strikes your home and left you her red sock.

I feel your pain. I get up at 4am to get ready for
work and I have never adjusted to it well. Its a
known fact that sometimes garden gnomes will get
drunk on the weekend and shed their socks so they
can cool their feet in potato salad stolen from
peoples refrigerators. If they find none they
will hide car keys in retribution. ;)

ah, this makes total sense now. i ate potato salad yesterday, and it made me quite ill, it could have totally been the toe jam from the garden gnomes!!

good thing i don't HAVE car keys, but my shoes turn up missing quite a bit!

i'm so looking forward to this type of weather again, though after reading this entry, it makes me groan at the cold then hot then cold cycle in one day. we're having that cycle now, but it's just hot on the weekends and 60 degrees during the week.

the weather guy said that a whopping 78% of our days this summer that were over 90 degrees were on either saturday or sunday, how silly is that?

yesterday afternoon during my lunch break, the reader said it was 48 out. so i said to myself "no wonder i'm wearing a scarf and my ears feel colder than usual". it's weird how i'm adjusting to the weather here. it was a sunny day, so that definately contributes to the lack of a heavy winter coat as of yet.

i DEFINITELY noticed myself wearing much less clothing last winter in comparison to the winter before! it makes me look greatly towards this winter, it does!

i'm so hoping we can have more of these 60 degree days instead of the disgusting arm-pit feeling 90's.

bleh.

you read me wrong. i love me the 90 degree weather, because here it's less humid than Kauai. i'm not fond of being cold, at all.

I like a crisp morning, no reason it should be more comfortable than *I* am at that hour, that is, anytime in the morning I suppose.

By the way, did you see the season finale of BG?

i'm soooo behind on battlestar (what i assume you were asking?) i've seen only a bit less than halfway through the second season. many people on my friends list have been aflutter with talks about the 3rd season, but i've been avoiding it as of yet as i haven't seen past the second yet!

holy crap, woman, my feet aren't QUITE that tiny, but are quite small! i usually wear a 7 or 7 1/2, depending upon the width (i have short but wide feet, like fred flinstone.)
