they say humans are on the top of the food chain, but they LIIIIEEEE.

it's really fleas.

the little fucking jerks. one just finished attacking my neck, leaving a lovely trail of swollen, angry welts. i love looking like i have a contagious .. grossness.

seriously, though. does anything EAT fleas? they serve no freaking purpose on God's green earth. unless, of course, God has invested stock in Advantage.

hrm. must check into this.

Fleas don't like garlic. Eat lots of garlic.

that's what i've heard, but in taking a ton of garlic AND garlic pills, all it ended up doing was giving me gross burps.

Maybe we can convince your fleas to run off and join the circus, and take my ants with them

I don't think that any parasites serve a real purpose. That's sort fo their thing, they take and take without contributing anything to the host.

There are sea creatures who attach themselves to sharks and whales, and help them by cleaning them.

Other than that, I'd drawing a blank. Fleas are useless, and mean.

They aren't considered parasites though. Remoras actually contribute to the shark's well being by cleaning bacteria off of it.

thankfully, we didn't get them bad this last summer like we had the one before. let's hope that bacci has formed an immunity for the jerks.

Aaaarrrrrgggghhhhh! Fleas! I am actually allergic to flea saliva. I get bit by a flea and I puff up like hideous looking monster. It was awful growing up around animals, I spent about 10 years in perpetual bloated itchiness.

I have a cat now (and have had her for abut 12 years), but thankfully, she's never had the desire to go outside and possibly catch the evil little parasites.

I am afraid the time has come, my young one.

I will be taking the television shortly.

Lol.

hopefully shortly as in next few days, not shortly as in within the hour!

we've pretty much come to the conclusion that all that we had been babysitting would disappear within the next month or so. you're also welcome to the kitchen table, too, if you wish. or, if you need us to hold onto it for awhile longer, we can do that, too.

we're flexible.

You can donate the table, I talked to andrea about that earlier. And yes, in a day or two, not now!
