 The 2008 3900' Festival will be held Friday, June 27th and Saturday,June 28th at beautiful Horning's Hideout. Horning's, a famous Oregonvenue, is a historic peacock farm situated in North Plains, OR just 30min west of Downtown Portland. Awesome camping, beautiful hikes, and anatural ampitheater makes this venue a rival to other outdoor festivallocations.
