Here's a story that may or may not help entertain you...

back in England I was out with girlfriends and one of them got drunk and just started randomly yelling "BORED!!" while sitting at the bar, expressing disapproval at those of us that were around socializing.

We made fun of her the next day, randomly texting "BORED!!!" to her throughout the day.

David thought it was particularly funny and decided to carry it over to the states. Yesterday, he sent me a text that just said "BOARD!!"

I, of course, forwarded that on to my sister, who responded with "PLYWOOD!!" and I came back with "PLANK!!" so now it's an inside joke between Kendall and I.

I also need to not pick at my lips SHAME ON ME. Awful habit whenever I'm bored, or sitting watching tv while doing nothing else, or reading in bed...

i've fought that habit for YEEEEEEEEEEEEEARS. It's gross. They get chapped, then I pick at them and it makes the problem like 100x worse and they get all red and blotchy... I've only just now been able to stop, because I've finally been able to keep them from getting chapped.

It's oh so true, especially during the winter months. I'm trying to force myself to have chapstick or blistex or somesuch on my lips at all times so that I won't do such an awful thing!

Once I get a bit more caffeine into me, I'm hoping to start accomplishing stuff around the house, but until then...

Once I get a bit more organized, I do also plan on picking up the yarn habit again. I'm one of the weird crafters that don't craft things for the sake of loving the craft, but crafting because I need something. That's why the only two things I ever finished was a sad little purse and a hat. I needed a purse and a hat!

I was actually thinking you could bat it around the room, to be honest -- it keeps my cats blissfully entertained, so I figure there's got to be SOMETHING magic about it! lol

*tries to send you espresso vibes*

Y'know, I finally just gave my big box o' yarn to a friend a few days ago. I've been meaning to make things for oh, at least two years or more now. But since I taught her to crochet and knit, she's turned into some kind of a doily dervish! XD

Cats also like to eat random things off the carpet and lick their poo-holes. :)

My dear friend Larrissa has promised to show me the art of taking apart old sweaters to use the yarn for new fancy things, but has never gotten around to it! Yes, sure, I could look it up online, I'm certain, but it's not as special as learning it from a good friend.

You mean that bonding that can only really happen while taking something apart? ^^;

I'm bored too. I have lots of cleaning I could be doing. And crochet (as someone else mentioned) and I could also exercise anytime between now and 4 when I'd have to get ready for an appointment, but noooooooo....
